Samsung is seriously pushing out several updates to its smartphones, both old and new. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has started receiving a new update.
Carrying a firmware version of XXU3BPJ3 and currently rolling out to unlocked units in Europe, the update brings Android security patch for the month of October.
As is usually the case with OTA-roll outs, it may take some time for the update to hit your device.
Meanwhile, if you feel impatient, you can manually check for the update by heading to your handset’s Settings menu.
