First go to network and configure your APN as follows
APN Name: Wizprof
APN: gloflat
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 80
After Downloading It, install and lunch it
Now configure it as follows
FrontQuery: http;//german-proxy.de
Tick Remove: Port
Proxy Port: Real Host
Proxy Server: http;//german-proxy.de
Real Proxy Type: Default
Real Proxy Server: 127.0.0.1
Real Proxy Port: 80
